Comments on the report of the Prof. Ranjit Roy Chaudhury Expert Committee to formulate policy and guidelines for Approval of new drugs, clinical trials and banning of drugs, July 2013 were sent to the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) Dr Ghulam Nabi Azad, by Sarojini N. (Sama) with Dr. Amar Jesani (IJME) and Mr. S. Srinivasan (LOCOST) reiterating the need for wider public debate on the report’s contents.
