Sama participated in a consultation organized by the Voluntary Health Association of Punjab that focussed on evolving compliance mechanism in the light of the Supreme Court order (4 March 2013) vis-à-vis implementation of the PC-PNDT Act. The consultation was held in New Delhi on 19 May 2013.
Sama contributed to the discussions on sex-selection in the context of ARTs and provided suggestions to the revise the Plea to strengthen the compliance mechanisms.
